Reasons for wanting to join the B.G. community(wide answer required):
I've been playing single player Minecraft for some time. More about that later. Earlier this year I joined my first server. That was fun! It was quite a small groups of players, some more creative, other more technical. A nice mix. I enjoyed the bigger projects we did together on the server, but often it was just a few of us working on our own bases. Then less and less people started playing and now it just says "Can't connect to server." I'm looking a community with nice people who love this game. I want to do projects together and just have fun!

When and how did you start playing minecraft:
I had heard about the game and when I saw someone play it, I got interested. In my very first world I just dug a hole to get blocks. Then I pillared up to see how high I could get. When I saw my collection of 40 blocks wasn't enough, I knew I liked this game. According to my account info I started playing September 22nd 2012. I must remember that!
Do you watch streams or youtube videos about minecraft and are you a fan of any popular minecrafters ?:
I do watch Youtube, but streams not so much. First of all Etho, he really inspired me when I started playing and I still watch his LP. Then SethBling for his command block wizardry. I like it when Panda4994 breaks the game (again). Sometimes Docm77 or JL<random number> for some over the top Redstone stuff.
How good are you in minecraft /10 and in what fields(don't be hard on yourself):
Technical stuff I'd say 8.5/10. Creative stuff 6/10 (want to improve this!). PvP 4/10 (although I would love to make an interesting PvP arena with Redstone parts to make things more interesting). Good at villager stuff, Wither Skeleton farm stuff and farming sheep.
Do you plan on steaming or starting a youtube series in the B.G server ?:
I do not.
For how long do you plan on playing minecraft(doesn't have to be with us just in general): I've been playing for a few years and I still enjoy it. I do not plan to stop playing any time soon. Especially when the guys at Mojang keep feeding us with interesting updates. I love the game and have one of those Minecon capes to prove that.
Describe your normal day:
I do have a full time job. I'm a software developer for a large insurance company. After work I often play a computer game where everything in the world is built out of blocks. Hard to explain... I do play sports - table tennis - once or twice a week and I do like to hang out with friends and would play board games all the time if it was up to me.
Extra information(wide answer required):
What's more to tell? I'm a calm and relaxed guy. I play this game to get away from the normal things in life, to just have a bit of fun. I do see some similarities between programming and building in Minecraft and that fascinates me. I do think the game has educational value too, I may want to do something with that some day. Oh, by the way, you miss one question in your application form, FTFY.
