Reasons for wanting to join the B.G. community(wide answer required):
I have been looking for a stable, community based server for me to work on large scale projects without the worry of the server vanishing
How did you know about us:
I have been looking on several sites over the last few weeks trying to find a decent sever when I saw your post on Reddit
When and how did you start playing minecraft:
October or November of '09. I was sitting at home after work one night watching videos on youtube when I stumbled onto a Minecraft video of a guy showing off his new build with a nice looking firepit in the middle. At first I was not interested in the game but soon after he lit the firepit the whole house burned down as the guy freaked out. That was when I decided to give it a shot. The fact that it was only $15 at the time also helped
Do you watch streams or youtube videos about minecraft and are you a fan of any popular minecrafters ?:
I do watch a few streamers that still play minecraft but most of the streamers that I watch have moved on to other games like GiantWaffle. Same for youtube. I still watch Ethoslab's vanilla series and his TerraFirmaCraft series
How good are you in minecraft /10 and in what fields(don't be hard on yourself):
I would like to think that I am pretty decent at minecraft. I would give myself a 8/10 for general knowledge/skills, 6.5/10 on redstone design and a 8/10 for building/creativity
Do you plan on steaming or starting a youtube series in the B.G server ?:
I have been looking into streaming. I am getting ready to move next month to a area with a much higher speed internet connection so it will be an option
For how long do you plan on playing minecraft(doesn't have to be with us just in general): Honestly I dont see myself stopping anytime soon. Sure I go through dormant phases where I dont play as much but no matter what I get the Urge and start a new massive project so until a game can replace that feeling I am stuck
Describe your normal day:
I am currently unemployed due to health issues so my normal day is pretty lame. I do the normal stay at home dad jazz like clean and laundry and then I retreat into the basement and my pc for some ME time. In the evening when after everyone gets home we have family time. After about 9 pm I am back online til whenever I can passout (insomnia is one of the side effects of my condition)

I am a massive video game nerd, not just minecraft. I have been playing working/playing and building PC since I was 16 when I received a copy of Half-Life from a uncle and my pc wouldnt run it. I think I have a good sense of humor and love to joke around. I also have no problem chipping in and helping on large server projects wither its through building or donating supplies.
